The WTA is an alliance of organizations across cultures, disciplines, and traditions. We weave bonds of cooperation among organizations and the people they bring together, strengthening their shared capacity to lead through the crises and possibilities of our time.

Our vision

Our vision is rooted in unity in diversity and the sacredness of all life. We understand humanity as part of an interconnected web that includes Earth, the more-than-human world, and a wider living cosmos. Rooted in the Latin alligare, the name Alliance evokes the formation of bonds. Where histories have broken the weavings of the web of life and fractured relationships across generations and our planet, we seek the courage to mend, reconnect, and re-weave living futures together.

The WTA advances pluriversal earth-cosmic-centered relational leadership through collaboration, transpersonal practice, education, and research. By connecting organizations and their strengths, we help turn shared wisdom into collective action for healing, peaceful coexistence, and the flourishing of life.
